You have a China pot. Take the center screw out of the base, Pry it apart very slowley . The pot has 2 or 3 wires that go to thee main heating element. you will need a neddle nose pliers.Detach the wires on the main unit and you will be able to work on the base. Parts are available on eBay
Hi. If you have a pot that calls for a 3 wire cord, you are almost out of luck. You can not buy one. The only cord that will fit , (if it is adjusted) is the same cord that you have on your PC, everything fits but you have to dig a little trench on the part that goes into the pot Take a good long look at the part that goes into the pot and you will see what has to be done.
