How do i remove the rubber surround from the drum.I have taken out the plastic clip but can't prise the rubber from the drum.

Could be that the 'spider' mount for the drum is broken and the drum is catching on the surrounding plastic outer drum.

1 Prise out the trim cap and undo the screw securing the exterior mirror inner trim panel of door
2 Where a manually-adjustable exterior mirror is fitted, prise the rubber cover off the adjustment lever, then unscrew and remove the locking collar using pointed-nose pliers.
3 Pull the panel from its location to disengage the retaining clips. Disconnect the loudspeaker wiring connector and remove the panel.
4 Lift off the trim caps, undo the retaining screws, then remove the door interior handle surround.
5 Carefully prise off the loudspeaker grille then undo the three loudspeaker retaining screws. Withdraw the speaker from the door and disconnect the wiring connectors.
6 Undo the three retaining screws in the loudspeaker aperture, and the single screw in the oddments pocket just below the aperture.
7 Lift out the loudspeaker protective cover and withdraw the loudspeaker wiring from the base of the cover.
8 Prise out the trim cap and undo the screw securing the rear of the trim panel to the door frame of Fiat Punto car.
9 Undo the screw at the upper front corner of the panel, and the remaining four screws securing the lower edge of the panel to the door frame.
10 Using a suitable forked tool inserted between the door and the trim panel of Fiat Punto, release the press-stud clips located around the edge of the panel, then lift the trim panel upward.
11 Pull the panel from the door, noting that the lower window aperture weatherstrip is integral with the trim panel and must be released from tie door as the panel is withdrawn.
12 If work is to be carried out on the door internal components, it will be necessary to remove the plastic sealing sheet from the inside of the door. Start at one comer of the sheet and carefully peel it away, using a sharp blade to split the sealant bead, if necessary.
13 Store the detached sealing sheet such that it cannot become contaminated with dust; this will allow it to be re-used later.

As other contributes have said, remove all the screws from the base, the spindle can be released by caerfuly prising out the small plastic clip halfway up the spindle, it will slide easily off and the large spindle drive wheel can be removed. Push the control knob out from behind, the knob and e surround come out as one unit. Remove the accessories holder and remove the two screws holding the top cover on. Now turn the unit the right wat up to start to release the top. Carefully prise the top cover off, there are two plastic clips at the front. Now you have exposed the top of the unit and the safety switch actuator. Remove the screws, the hardest job is to release the actuator rocker arm. I could not release the pivot support, so took the rocker off the pivot. Now you should be able to lift the cover off the motor and Access the control board. There are two screw holding the control assembly in place and two which hold the circuit board to the switch. Replace the Triac and diac then reassemble.

use a flat piece of plastic to gently prise the clips surrounding the keyboard(first find the correct position of these clips around the keyboard)then lift out carefully,,you wont have much leeway once the keyboard is free as usually there is a ribbon type cable that needs to be released from another plastic type socket that is very fragile and will again need releasing most likely by another plastic clip that holds the ribbon to the socket--watch out this will easily break so use a small screwdriver very gently,and take care to notice position of all components.Replacement is just a reversal of this procedure.

Remove plastic studs from door closer. Unscrew three retaining screws. remove grab.
Unhook window winder retaining clip. Best done with small long-nose pliers. window winder retaining clip located inside plastic winder handle section. Will need to prise away winder handle from door slightly to expose clip. locate and gently pull clip from winder shaft.
unscrew door opener / lock assembly retaining screw.
gently prise lower trim retaining press studs from door. remove lower trim.
gently , from rear of door, pull upper trim from door and similtaniously prise upper trim press studs from door.
gently giggle door opener / lock assembly through upper trim . remove trim
gently with flat blade, peel off plastic dust sheeting.
access to inside off door is now possible.
Reassembly reverse of above

remove the top panel by unscrewing the 3 screws at the back of the washer dryer . remove the top and then remove the back metal panel. the screws are down the side and all around the back of the panel. once you have removed the panel check for the black rubber hose that connects to the drum. remove the clip holding the rubber hose by prising it with a small screwdriver. be careful as the water will flow out quite quickly. Check the hose pipe for any blockages and clear as required.

Have just opened the same model -
First prise off the front and back "rubber" inserts - they should come unstuck quite easily. Then pull the bottom half of the case off the top half - it is held by 2 internal clips, one on either side of the inside black plastic casing - pull and wriggle and pull some more, and suddenly it will pop off.

You will find the filter located inside the large black hose attached to the bottom of the drum.
Remove the securing clip, and detach hose, you will see the plastic filter inside the hose.
Remove and clean.
Be careful when you remove hose, as there will be some water in it.
Fit back in reverse order, and make sure the hose is on properly.

1. Remove door (2 screws).
2. remove top (2 screws at back, sharp slap to front to dislodge).
3. Remove 2 screws holding powder dispenser to inlet valve.
4. Remove 2 screws at front corners securing fascia.
5. Remove fascia and powder dispenser as a unit - note plastic locating pegs on underside and plastic clips locating bottom onto front panel. Take care not to drop one of the rubber seals from valve/powder dispenser joint. Do not disconnect the wiring, just lay the complete assembly on top of the machine.
6. At some point, you will need to release the retaining wire securing the seal to the front panel. This is a thin spring loaded wire. Look after it, you will need it again.
7. Remove two screws at front securing front panel.
8. Remove kick panel - this allows access to two more screws securing bottom of front panel - take these out as well.
9. unclip the wire connector to the door switch.
The front panel may now be lifted from its plastic retainers.
10. The second wire clip can now be removed. The clever clip will need to be released to allow refitting.
11. Thoroughly clean and disinfect the seating for the new seal - you don't want the same gunk growing into the new one straight away.
12. On the drum, you will notice a protruding moulding at about 5 o'clock. There is a matching flange on the seal to help you locate it accurately - start here and fit the seal.
13. Fit the wire retainer - you will need a good pair of long-nose pliers to retension the wire.
14. Reassemble the machine in the reverse order - take care not to mix up the screws! remember to fit the seal to the front panel before refitting the door. Do not release the spring from the wire, carefully stretch it into place.
