My names are humphrey franklin. 4rm nigeria, pls, i need solution to my iriver pod. I tried to add mre musics, in my pod, it will enter, but, it'll never play. Pls, what do i do about it? My e-mail, humphrey [email protected]

MP3 players can only play music that are in mp3 file format. You need to convert/rip music into mp3 file format and then copy them to your MP3 player.

This problem is usually occur when music player don't load data of phone or memory card itself

• Turn on your cell, when it 'll be on, Starting music player it 'll take some time to refresh
• Now do in the options of music player
• Second option 'll be music library open it
• Go down there 'll be a last option Update Library,Press ok, it 'll take some time and hope it 'll load all your music and all music files 'll show in track list.

I too, have a MP3 PLAYER that everytime i download some music everytime i do sometimes the music be on there and sometimes it doesn't and do i have to have a USB cord with out downloading

Have you authorized the player? if not, or youre not sure, go here: http://www.docs.sony.com/release/Authorizing_flyer.pdf Theres also this documentation which notes your "no data" symptom - http://www.docs.sony.com/release/NWE405-407rev_note.pdf You will get a "no data" if you tried to format the player through windows explorer instead of through the player, and formatting it again, this time throught the menu in the player should fix this. Also there appears to be a transfer limit on the sonic stage software. something around 65,000, but who knows, maybe you managed to get there... Good luck
