I would take it to your phone service provider...you will probably will have to get a new phone.

My neighbor found where the washer went.....right on top of the big plastic white gear.

you need to send the phone in for service, because the LCD and touch functions is already damaged.

caring for the touch screen includes touching the screen with clean and DRY hands., if your phone fell in the water, it will likely damage the touch screen.. contact your nearest LG repair center.. i hope your phone will soon be fine..

I have the same problem. But i had solved it. I use a lighter to burn on my viewty's touch screen, and it is working properly again within 30 secs. And ofcourse, do not burn the touch screen without a screen protector. Hope this solution would help.

I would look at some third party applications that clear up the memory while you are on the PDA / JAM. You can also go into the settings function, memory and view running programs.

One of the earlier version flaws of Windows 2003 is that it does not offer a shut down menu on the Today Screen. There are quite a few freeware applications that allow you to shut down running programs. I tend to run one or two programs - maximum at a time. This is not a laptop. I find my touch screen unresponsive if too much memory is in use. It's not really the touch screen but that the computer can't follow my commands, almost like an old 283 or 386 computer.

Take a look for these tool bar/memory manager programs before sending out to service in Mumbai.

your unit experienced shock. due to fragility of the phone, your LCD might be broken, if not, the LCD connector needs to be refitted to its slot. If the problem is still the same, you need to replace ur LCD.
