i read from your information and picture about your motherboard type..i think yours is not under warranty from factory anymore (GIGABYTE)

for additional information your mainboard (MB) is using old type of intel chip set (Intel 865 series) and only support intel processor type Pentium 4 with 478 pin with 533 MHz bus processor..

talking about warranty from factory GIGABYTE only give 3 years warranty only for MB with minimum chipset intel ICH 7 and up..that's mean MB must be support processor minimum 775 pin and 1155 pin or support intel Pentium D,Dual Core,Core2Duo or Core i series...

You can check the Gigabyte website for warranty information. Normally new motherboards come with a 1 year warranty.

To replace it, remove all the pc cards and connectors. Remove the screws that secure the motherboard. Move the processor and heat sink to the new motherboard. Install the motherboard and then all the PC cards and connectors.

Your mainboard may be one of the mainboards on the P67 Chipset in that the SATA Controller dies.

These mainboards have been recalled by Intel, you should contact the place of purchase for warranty support.
Try to turn on the PC with no SATA devices connected.

Claim warranty support ASAP!

Warranty stickers are usually at the back of the motherboard.
It indicates the name of the shop and the purchase date. Good Luck

hi there, warranty is always indicated on your receipt of purchase.you can check the date of effective due date. also be sure the specification no.this include the model,brand name, serial no, of *********** board complied to the receipt of purchase.have a nice day,the gigabyte of mother board was located on the processor unit.have a nice day.thanks alot

1-> Check the cooling fan is working in proper RPM speed

2.-> check heat sinc have coted with proper paste ( it shuld be properly sticked)
