I have a GE Washing/dryer Stackable machine combo. The speed maintain normal speed even with the Delicate Clothes option. How to trouble shoot? There is a Siebe Control that is connected to the timer Knob control. Could be this part or should be the motor itself?

The speed change voltages are selected by the timer contacts. Try rotating your timer clockwise rapidly through several revolutions then select a delicate spin cycle and see if the speed is still too fast. If it is then the most likely suspect is the timer itself.

The timers are the same.

Is there a way to adjust the water level on a GE stacked washer/dryer model GUD24? It only fills up with 1/3 of water and does not wash clothes completely. Thanks

Total nightmare this HF stuff. New GE GUD24 stackable and clothes come out dirtier than they go in. (Lint) And this sensor is so off, I singe queen set of sheets (Top, bottom, 2 pillow cases) even on 'Power Wash' with 'Deep Rinse,' - check near the end of the wash cycle the sheets are not completely wet! I was able to adjust the pressure sensor on my old unit but cant' find it on this one. Barely ranks to be called a colts washer.

WSM2480 Clothes Still Wet After Slow Spin Cycle

It's possible that the tub didn't drain properly in the allotted time and the remaining water is slowing your drum from coming to maximum extraction speed.

Washer won't spin

Check the washer motor. Make sure that the motor is getting correct voltage and is working and spinning when you turn it on. It sounds like the motor is bad. You can remove the back cover to get to the motor to check it out

Water

its probably normal as new machines now only put in enough water to saturate the clothes its only the rinse or wool/delicate cycles that use a higher water level
