Try to disable the security key of your wireless router in the meantime and try to connect your PS3 without the security turned on. If it connects, what you have to do next is to reset or generate a new security key on the wireless router and setup the PS3 - wireless network connections with the new security key.

Error 80710102: Cannot connect to the internet.

This may be caused by inputting the incorrect information when setting up your internet connection. Alternatively or it may be down to internet lag due to congestion with your provider or a weak wireless connection.

have you tried opening some ports on your router for the ps3?

Try disabling the "WEP" key on you router. I've read the solutions from other contributers and tech's and this solution seemed to really work.

try mving your ps3 around into verous places around the room and try to find an internet connecion. you can go to settings, network settings, then settings and connection status list and it will show you how much internet you have.

Go to settings
-network settings
-make sure media server connection is "disabled"
