Like the others who have posted on here, I too have a Norstar M7310 phone that gives the incorrect time. I have followed all the websites instructions on how to correct this, but none of the standard passwords seem to work, and the company who installed and set this up for us went out out business. Any other suggestions?

Try it the easiest way 1st.

Feature **TIME
Password: BASIC
This works on my Norstar CICS 7.1

You can also try
Feature **CONFIG
Password: ADMIN

If feature ** 266344 with a password of 266344 didnt work you can also try feature ** 266344 with the password of 23646 or the password of 727587.

Voice mail locked after various attempts at putting wrong password in. How do I rectify?

Your mailbox is assigned a maximum number of incorrect password attempts.
Norstar Voice Mail records the number of incorrect attempts from the last time your mailbox was successfully accessed. Once the number has been passed you are"locked-out" Your mailbox cannot be opened again until the System Coordinator resets the password

Yes in system programming, handsfree answer back must be enabled. There are several different phone system models that the M7310 phone works on. I need the model number of the phone system to give accurate programming directions.

Our office has a combination of Norstar M7310 and Norstar M7208 phones. One of our M7310 phones died today and I wanted to trade it out with a M7310 that was in my office. I followed how to turn off the...

Dial "F * 0" (Feature, star, zero), which is Button Inquiry, and press an intercom button to see the extension number of the telephone. If Set Relocation is set to "Yes", then the extension number & mailbox will follow the phone when it is moved. Move only two phones at a time, and wait until they completely "boot-up" before moving additional phones.
