FixYa. If you have a spool stand, that might work as long as you can thread the machine properly (give it a try!). When the thread is placed on the machine's spool pin, the spool cap keeps the thread in place and helps the thread unwind evenly - so if you are using a spool pin, you really do need a spool cap.
If the spool stand works, you are good to go. If you need to order replacement parts, I've provided a link the manufacturer's website. From there, you can contact customer support and find out if parts are available. If you can't order replacement parts, ask customer service if the machine is compatible with another brand. Another option would be to buy a spool pin and cap at a sewing machine dealer. Take the machine with you and and make sure the parts fit before you buy them.
