Hi all expert, i got problem with Canon imageCLASS MF4150 All-In-One Laser Printer.the promlem is,print and copy out not clear even i replaced new toner inside..

If the problem is PRINTING and COPY, the problem will be in the fuser [FM2-8891-000] FUSER (google it).
sometimes they keep dirty sticked to the rollers and when the paper pass trough take from there.

Print copy cleaning on canon mf4150

If the toner is not fixed on the paper, and very likely that the fixing film is broken.
in this case it should be replaced fixing unit.

Try in service mode ( add.function & #) then clear all, if not try to switch over every conector on the Main PCB board.

Black lines

There is a small strip of glass that the document feeder uses. Once you clean off the section, the lines will go away. Even a tiny speck will cause that to happen.
