Unscrew the collet nut, and then if it's still stuck, tap the end of the bit on the table or something solid. It'll come loose then.

I don't know how to change the bit on my dremel multipro rotary tool . . .I keep turning the gizmo but don't see anything getting smaller or lager.

Push the pin on the side next to the tip and hold it while Your wrench is turning the hex shaped piece around the bit that is what is holding your bit in. this should help as i am a proud owner of a Dremel. Hope this helps . if you have any further questions write back.
