Moving mine while it was running fouled the spark plug. You can remove the top of the Reddy Heater and access the plug. In my case took less than 10 minutes and it's up and running again. I removed the top and replaced the spark plug. No problems

This is a "probably". The reset button trips because the photocell fails to see a flame in the combustion chamber. That's its job.
Check the ignition device ( transformer, coil). See if 110v going in. If there is no spark coming out, replace it.
Troubleshooting tips

Your description does not leave much to go on, because you don’t state the model heater that you have. You see, there are 2 different technologies that come into play on portable kerosene heaters. First there is the older version spark plug type heater, and, second there is the newer computerized type with Hot Surface Ignitor (HSI) technology.

Since you state "There is no electricity getting to the plug", the KEYWORD here is PLUG. I am going to assume that you have a spark plug type heater. NOTICE: if your heater has HSI technology- disregard this post because it will not apply.

Causes for "no electricity to the plug":

1. no electricity to the unit
2. a defective Safety Control (reset)
3. a defective photocell
4. a defective Ignition Control (transformer)
5. loss of ground to the Ignition Control

I am including a link to some troubleshooting tips for spark plug type heaters. These heaters are relatively simple, but, be careful. Stay away from the fan and take precautions from the obvious shock hazards. Troubleshoot each of the above until you find the problem.

Please answer the following questions. There are several folks on the board that can help but we need to know some vital information so we can get started. Answer these, if you can:

1. Which Pro 110 do you have. We need the exact model number. Pro 110 is a series of heaters.
2. Does the heater have a spark plug or a glowbar (HSI)?
3. When the motor runs is it pumping fuel?
4. When the motor runs is the spark plug firing (or glowbar glowing)?

Ours did that too one year. Seems to me we changed the spark plug, it had spark but too weak I think.

www dot desatech dot com is a parts distributor for reddy heat products. on their main page they have a short troubleshooting guide. the motor needs to provide 3.5 psi of air across the fuel nozzle to suck the fuel out of the reservoir. check your ignition source (spark plug, hot surface igniter) if the hot surface igniter is broken get a new one, if the spark plug don't spark, check the gap might be too big. see if the spark plug is grounded. poor grounds will cause intermittent sparking. check the high voltage wire for breaks in the insulation, might be shorting out to ground BEFORE the plug. gap should be 75 thousandths.
