i dropped my camera and now da lens dont function right......my camera takes blurry pictures now and the lenses are makin a clickin sound......i have tried to resolve this problem by checkin the FOCUS, the MP, the ISO SPEED, i mainly tried everything and my camera still take blurry pictures.
The Camera dropped and when i tried to put it off the lense refused to retract eversince it has been stuck out. Infact it doesnt work again at all. Sometimes it comes on but it goes back to blank nevertheless the lens still doesnt retract at all. I have been charging the battery ever since but still it doesnt come on.
We are having the same problem the lens will not retract and everything is blurry through view finder. How do we get this camera repaired
lens won't open or close all the way.
Lens wont open or close
i dropped me camera and now theres a dent in the lens. it wont retract
I'm not aware of my camera being dropped or otherwise jostled, but the lens wont emerge and the shutter wont fully open. I've tried charging it the battery is fully charged. After it sat for a couple of months, it opened and I took a couple of pictures, now it wont open again.
I'm not sure how it happened, but the lens came out of the track while it was extended and the lens would not close back into the camera
