The ink supply is a small roller. Remove the clear plastic cover over the (printed) paper and the roller will lift out. It only takes a couple minutes to do the job. I suggest not wearing anything white as you will probably get a little ink on your fingers.
What model is the calculator and if it's a inker type then you have to replace the ink roller. If it's the ribbon type then you have you replace the ribbon. You can pick those inker or ribbon from Edmonton Cash Register Co. Ltd. or send us a email to order
the G24 ribbon is having 2 round shape casing. u need to take it out from the knob. but be careful when u install a new ribbon, make sure u slot in the ribbon in correct way
