Caller ID not functional in Model KX-TG-9331T and 9332T

Please call your phones service provider, they may charge for this service. Just because the phone is capable of caller ID function doesn't mean it is a free service.

look in phone under menu then look for handset setup should be in there

maybe if you ring the company name of the phone such as panasonic it maybe broken or read the instructions

Possible issue if you have Caller ID:

Why does the date and time change automatically after I have programmed the date and time on my phone?

If you are subscribed to Caller ID from your phone company, the unit's date and time setting will be automatically adjusted when caller information is received. If you do not wish for this feature to work, press [MENU] [#] [2] [2] [6] on the handset, then press [0] to select "Manual" and press [SAVE]

If you have Caller ID, the calls you have answered (or looked at on the screen) have a check mark by them. To use caller Id, you will first have to subscribe to caller Id service from the phone company, unless the phone is part of an office system

US phones use Bellcore FSK caller id. India uses DTMF caller id. Buy a DTMF- FSK converter at a telecom shop.
