Slow reading then says incorrect disk yet i know the disk is fine

These get full of dust and then the laser light inside or the light detector does not work well. Try blowing into it just to move the dust around a bit - maybe it will start working.
If you have a can of compressed air (e.g. airDuster), blow that in. Make sure you do not tip the can upsidedown (or even sideways) or you will blow out the liquid in the bottom of the can.
Unplug your equipment before you start - some brands are flamable. The others are greenhouse gases and not too good either.
In any case, if you blow liquid into the unit, the liquid will get very cold when it evaporates and leave a wet residue from the frozen humidity in the air. Just leave the unit alone for a few hours and let the cold liquid evaporate, the moisture dry and warm back to room temperature. Then try it again.
You can also try vacuum or simply shaking it gently while holding it disc loading side down (with drawer open).
