Dear. Go to System Restore on your programs menu. Set it for a date you remember the sound working. If you don't have a date, enter a date that corresponds with a week ago. If the date you enter does not restore your sound, enter a different date. It worked for me. I had lost all sound. Be blessed.

Cant play music in my touchmate mini shuffle mp3 player 2gb?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable tothe MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.Click on this link for instruction on converting musicfiles to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

I am unable to transfer music to MP3

Try holding down the play button until you hear 2 separate tones while it is connected to your computer. This should change the players mode from "media player" to "removable disk". The folders will look different from one mode to the other. Then try to drag your songs (mp3 only) to the music folder. I had the same problem and this worked with me.

Re: Unable to play music; license is expired

Re-Rip them, but change the Rip format to Mp3 in Windows Media Player - you will not have any licensing issues with mp3 format

Inability to play recorded songs

maybe the music you are trying to play is protected as many music you buy over the internet is. try loading your player with music you ripped from a cd or make sure the protected music is transfered directly to your player with the program you bought the music with.
