Not sure if you are looking for the nuts and knobs or how to level? Most newer decks have knobs for adjuctments. I park my mower on a concrete level surface make sure all tires are at the correct psi then with tape measure check front left and right at bottom of deck for same measurment. You can also put a 2 ft level on the deck and adjust.

I am back hopefully with the correct no.s I need to know how to adjust the deck on a Husqvarna zero turn mower I think it was bought in 2005 or 2006 the owners manual is no help that I can find the model...

This mower deck adjustment is a little tricky. You should be able to find 2 adjusting links on the rear of the deck. The linkage is hinged and you loosen the bolt to drop the deck. On the front of the deck you will find the adjuster pin in the center of the deck. It too is hinged. The adjustment should be: Level from side to side and drop the front of the deck between 1/2 and 1/4". Measure the blade tips not the deck shell.

Not cutting short enough

There should be two sets of holes for the deck mounts. Check and see if it is in the upper or lower hole. Place in lower hole if applicable. Also ther is an adjustment nut on both side of the mower deck that has a jam nut and a gear nut. The gear nut adjusts the height of the mower deck on each sid here is link that might helpe. Loosen jam nut and turn to go up or down. Then tighten jam nut. This should be done on a level surface. here is a link that will help you as well.: http://homeguides.sfgate.com/adjust-deck-height-husqvarna-100712.html

Deck is not level and mower blades are not the same height

Usually you can solve this problem by leveling the deck. Many mowers have adjustment nuts on the ends of the brackets that attach the mower deck to the frame of the mower. First park your mower on a flat surface like a sidewalk or driveway. Then place a small level on a flat area of the mower deck, then turn the adjustment nuts until the deck is level.

Ajusting mower deck on husqvarva lawntractor been trying to make it level, has two cutting blades and this mower is not very old bought it last summer,

I think the two bladed units are 42" and down in size. The 48" are 3 bladed units. There are instructions in the manual for leveling the cut. If you do not have a manual, look on line for a manual, google it. First step is to get the mower sitting on a level piece of concrete. That way you know which corner needs to be raised or lowered. Then make sure your blades are mounted correctly. Usually you can see the adjusters, threaded bolts and nuts, or pins. Usually the deck comes level and gets **** up by someone taking the deck off to swap or sharpen blades.

Husqvarna 54 inch rider, fairly new, bought used. Deck will not fully lower or raise even after levelling per manual. Are 54 in decks more susceptible to this type issue?

the Rake adjustment is critical on this mower make sure the front to back is within 1/4 inch of each other with front being the lower this adjustment is on the front if its a single rod the bracket that attaches it to steering axle is probably sprung back this happens from running the mower into something with the deck.

My 48'' Husqvarna riding mower deck cuts too low when set in the in the highest position.

You will have to find another way to highten the deck, different bolts, shorter springs, Or if possible, adjusting the lever

Husqvarna gth main belt keeps breaking

Make sure the mower rake angle is not too much,On level floor point one of the blades in a front rear orientation, measure height of blade from floor the front measurement should be no more than 1/4" lower than the rear measurement. If the front of the mower is too low the angle the belt has to run is too much and the belt will twist and wear rap[idly. To raise the front of the deck there are either one or two adjustment rods that attach the front of mower deck to frame tighten this adjustment up to raise the front of mower deck.
