What if I live in bristol and do not know which option, time to choose from to keep time upmost accurate london or GMT

The main difference, as I understand it, between London time and GMT is London time will shift for DST (daylight savings time) and GMT will not. Therefore, London time is probably your best bet.

Casio Gulfman G9100 tide setting. where to find Lunar Tidal Interval?

If you look at the GMT differential in the manual, you'll notice that it corresponds to the offset from GMT that your time zone resides in. I live in San Antonio but i don't see that on the list. I do know that when we're not in Daylight savings time, I'm -6.0 from GMT... so that's what i set it for. Also, if you're near enough to the coast to use this feature, it would probably be a good idea to compare the watch reading to the actual tides and adjust accordingly.

Hope this helps.

Casio Forrester watch FT-200

You can download a PDF manual for any Casio watch at http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/index.html

Enter the module number of the watch to download the correct manual. (It should be on the back of the watch. The module number for the FT-200 is 1879. The "module" is the "brain" or movement of the watch, and often the same module is used in several different watch models.)
