mcdevito75 here, I can remember a good, good while ago,--------------Rolex does not make a quartz watch. ------------ Geneve is a good watch though. Chances are your watch is just a Geneve and not a Rolex Geneve or just plain Rolex.
I don't know this company but if it's 18k then I'd recommend you contact the company. See if they have a website and email customer service or see if they have a store or service center locator.
