The pub I work in has lost our manual. While trying to change the draught lager, the front screen button got accidently deleted. In the descriptor the lager has changed, clicking through the draught tab will we allow the new lager to be accessed, but being a busy pub, if the front screen could be restored it would be much appreciated

Start by turning on the device that you want to program.
(1) Press & release the device button that you want to program, lets say "VCR" LED will flase once
(2) Press & hold the "CODE SEARCH" button until the LED stays on.
(3) Press and release the POWER button. Point the remote at the device.
(4)The LED will flash as the remote is searching for the code.
(5) As soon as the device turns off press and release the "ENTER" button.
The remote should NOW be programed.
I would suggest you try to find a universal remote that has an "input" or "source" button and program that one to your tv. By pressing the "source" or "input" button, it will change the input to the tv.
I hope this helps!

Try pressing the "Input" button the front of the set. That should allow you to change between the different inputs. The return button usually returns you to the previous channel you were watching - don't think it works for the input though. Also, depending on the model of the set you have, try downloading the PDF user or owners manual - it will tell you how to use the remote.
When I try to play a DVD, operation seems normal, the unit makes a slight noise like the disk is rotating and "Loading" is displayed. Then after about 30 seconds the message "No Disk" is displayed. Then just the Polaroid screen is displayed. I have lost the remote control but surely the unit will play using the front panel buttons. One thing, only the remote is named as having a Setup Button in the manual but the unit has no such button.
1. Press lower-left button to enter hand-setting mode (you will see a H-S appear in the LCD)
2. Hold the upper-left button until the LCD starts to flash
3. Press the lower-right button to advance the minute needle by 20 seconds. You can also hold for high speed advance.
4. If you need to advance the time by a long way, and don't want to hold down the lower-right button, then press both the right buttons at the same time and the time will advance automatically. Pressing any button will then cause the advance to stop.
6. Once you have set the time, press the upper-left button.
7. To return to time-keeping mode, press the lower-left button.
Bloody complicated, but easy when you get use to it. I travel quite a bit and this really pisses me off when I have to change the time, especially so when the needle can only move clockwise.
