My glasses are cloudy and sometimes looks like scum on parts of the glass. This is a brand new dishwasher. That is why we got a new one because the old one was doing the same thing.
You need to add a rinse agent to your unit. In some areas you need to add salt to reduce hard water deposits.
As your unit is new you will have the original instruction book. It will tell you where to add rinse agent and deal with hard water etc.
Start there I think you will find your solution.
