The default pass is 0000 or 1111.

Pairing: Hold down answer button until light flashes red and blue, then pair.

Hi,it so unfortunate,but the truth is,the just bluetooth is not compatible with the ipod touch,the ipod itouch works with an apple wireless bluetooth headset only,which applies to the iphone as well.

Pair to a sony ericsson w760a to a just wireless bt-35k2 bluetooth wireless head set
Put your device in search mode.

Put the bt-35k2 headset in pairing mode.
(Press the ON button but hold it down for about 6 seconds. As I recall, it will flash intermittent blue and red; either way, you will certainly see flash sequence that is not normal "blue" mode.)

Once device detects headset, you'll be prompted for passkey; enter 0000. Pairing will complete once authenticated.

Problems pairing my Just Wireless Blue BT-35K2
If you can get the headset into pairing mode, and your phone into detection mode and it's still not pairing, try removing the battery while powered on. Replace the battery and retry, and it should work.
