To reset the administrator pasword enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then try Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your log and password are 120000 if they're 3 digit intercom numbers its 1020000.

If your company extentions are 2 digits long enter "120000"
If your company extentions are 2 digits long enter "1020000"
If your company extentions are 2 digits long enter "10020000"

It sounds like you've either deleted your own mailbox or reset the password to 0000 and changed the password to the administrator mailbox. To reset the administrator pasword enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then try Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your password is 120000. 1020000 if you have 3 digit intercom numbers. Once that's done you can go into admin programming to default your password back to 0000.
