I have downloaded the respective map in my nokia 5320 xpress music mobile. But when I select maps it is showing some screen looks like some map but on that screen, signal is not available and even if I try to search any place, it is not trying to detect.
For this do I need to enable GPS in my mobile? If so, could you please guide me how to enable gps in my mobile?
You do not have to enable GPS. It is done by the application that you are using. Only you have to configure maps to use your internet connection and positioning device (GPS) automatically. When done, maps would on its own enable GPS whenever activated. What maps do you use? Google maps are the best. It has a facility, LATITUDE, whereby you can keep track of your friends who are on google maps and have activated it on their phones. It is a free application with free latitude service. Try it.
Hi,
For your information, Nokia 5320 does not has GPS receiver and so you cannot use maps for navigation.
Please take a look at this link

Testimonial: "Thank you very much for your information. Is there any way to connect GPS externally?"
Hi,
Thanks for your positive testimonial.
You can buy any external bluetooth enable GPS receiver and can pair it with your mobile phone via bluetooth as like you do with any other mobile phones.
Now when you try opening google maps application, it will automatically detect the GPS device connected via bluetooth ann will give your mobile GPS capabilities.
Thanks
