Getting Error code E000001-0010 on an Img runner 5075 - Copier will not start and just boots to shutdown screen - what is it?

That means induction heater is faulty (insufficient current) and needs to be replaced.
Dont forget to clear error log after the replacement.
(copier>fnction>err>clear)

try to find the right toner for 5075 and replace it< if the problem still alive,so it's about your toner sensor

its happen when the fuser motor not rotate, check the fixing roller ball bearing may be stuck

reset the code first copier>function>clear>err>ok
then if problem is still there replace the thermistors and also verify if there is no paper in the rear connections of the fuser and the main frame

Click start control panel administrative tools computer management then select event viewer this may vary depending on what operating system you have extend the events there you will see errors in red you will no what exactly what the error was and at what time it occured or click start type in event viewer press ENTER you might be able work your way through the problem

Hi; E602-100 : when booting there is a problem to read the hard drive boot sector : maybe the hard drive is defective or a system file is damadged if you are qualified technincien you can download the software to the machine.

Go to Service mode (Function _ Install _ 2nd Screen i.e. 2/4 make img reg 0 Restart machine Again Go to intall press init c aftrer complition press sinitc aftre getting it ready again make img reg to "1"

When the ROM Error message is displayed on the control panel, this will indicate an issue with the Flash DIMM on the Image Processor PCB.
re-flash the system software for that specific model. If system software does not resolve the error, replace the DIMM Assembly. When replacing the DIMM, you may be required to flash the system software to it's latest version.
