Try an other usb cable. If that's not the problem, try turning off both your pc and your printer. Wait for a few minutes, then turn them on again. Try printing something. If you still can't print, you could try removing the installation of your printer (go to control panel, find add or remove programs, find your printer, remove it). Then, install it back again. If you do not have the installation disc, download the drivers from hp.com (just click on "drivers & support, enter the name of your product and choose your OS)
Hope that will help!

USB keyboard not working

The biggest problem with tablets and phones is the micro USB socket. They are easy to break if you put them in the wrong way round and it is not always easy to see if they are connected correctly.
Check the USB plug and the the tablets socket are not damaged.
Check that USB keyboard works in another device and that another USB input device works in the tablets USB socket.
I am suprised it works at all. You state you are using Android 2.2 yet USB hostmode was only introduced with Android 3.1

There are some apps in the play store like USB device info which may help. For proper debugging you need an APK which is not for the average user. http://visualgdb.com/tutorials/android/usbdebug/
But cables and plugs are 98% of the problem

The only thing I could recommend is to make sure you have the proper drivers installed. You can google: "*insert product name** driver" And it should be one of the first links.

MESSAGE STATES THAT BATTERY IS LOW, AND KEEPS SHUTTING OFF. BATTERY SHOWN ON SCREEN AS DEAD.

plug it in to your computer via the usb cable for a few hours, the car and home chargers are not recommended for the initial charge as there only a trickle charge...if it still hasn't charged up using the usb cable, there is probably a problem with the usb port(charging port)

let me know how you make out after charging it via the usb cable that was supplied with the unit.

I keep getting a prompt that states that my usb calbe is not pluged in.... futura 100 singer emboridery sewing mach. the mach. is pluged in and ive loaded the software several times. still the same thing.

Make sure you're plugging the USB cable from the machine into a USB port in the BACK of your computer, not one of the front ports or a port on a USB hub. The cable and machine need more power than most of those ports provide, a technical detail that Singer doesn't realize. Good luck!

Anytime I plug something in to the USB port it give a error message that states, Power Surge on the USB port. What can I do to fix this?

The USB device could be drawing more current than the USB port can supply or the USB port may be faulty.
Get a powered USB hub and plug it into your computer's USB port and then plug the USB devices into the powered USB hub.

I have a logitech cctc system but when i plug in the usb device it states there is a problem with the powerline bridge driver and states its not compatable with vista but logitech states it is compatable...

You might have a 64-bit Windows installed. The drivers on the CD are only for 32-bit windows. Download and install the latest drivers from Logitech website (http://www.wilife.com/Support/Downloads.aspx), which includes the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Hope this helps !

My usb port is not 2 - I keep getting a message that states that I need to get a hi speed usb device host controller. Where can I get this? I have an ibm thinkpad r40.

On some laptops that are older (an IBM R40 is a bit older) there are no high speed usb ports but if you plug in a usb device that is USB 2.0 into a usb port that is not high speed, the operating system (Sounds like Windows XP) will display that message even though you don't have a high speed usb controller. The USB device will still work but at a slower speed. You can ignore this message without a problem

Hellllp

when you plug it in to the usb cord charger, and then plug it out, it turns because it maybe does not have enough energy to keep it running to your standard. so, when plugging it into the computer, if charging, leave it plugged in, and too find out the amount of energy left in it, go to start, then my computer, left click on where it says sansa clip 2GB, and click propoerties, and it will state the amount of percent charged, then thats tell s you to keep it in longer

Usb

Check ports are operating correctly, go to Control panel>performance & maintanace>admin tools>services. Look dow list for 'plug and play', make sure this is set at automatic, the furthur down list 'Universal plug & Play' and ensure this is set at Manual. if all is ok then it may be a usb power issue if you ave lots of hungry usb peripherals, try disconnecting some and try your problem periheral in a different usb port.
