Blocking incoming calls on your Sony Ericsson phone is pretty simple. You can go to your service provider's website and follow the instructions they have for call blocking. They will usually tell you how to block specific calls or all incoming calls. You will most likely find a way to even block incoming text messages. This is very convenient if you don't won't to be bothered, but you don't want to miss a possibly important call either. Luckily, with a Sony Ericsson, you don't even have to go to your service provider's Web site to block incoming calls. You can do it through your phone's menu.

Choose to accept "All Calls", "Calls from a list" or "None". If you choose to accept calls from a list, you will have to create your list of accepted callers. This is easy. You will just scroll through your contacts and select numbers you want to accept.

To stop blocking calls, go to the same menu and choose to accept "All Calls."

How do I block phone calls

Please select in following order
go to "Settings"
"Calls" tab
"Manage calls"
"Accept calls"
select "None" to block all calls or select "Only from list" to receive selected calls.
For "Only from list" you have select "Edit" from the right button which will show you "Accepted list" in which you can add selected callers.

Can i block a number from phoning and texting me

don't believe your phone has that capability by itself and I'm unaware of any apps that can be downloaded to it that will call block particular numbers.

However, there is a FREE app for Windows Mobile users that own a Pocket PC, Smart phone or Moto Q. The program works well. (I use it myself) It's called, Call Firewall.

Call Firewall basically rejects any or all unwanted calls.

Features & Options:

a. Accept all calls, or
b. Accept call from My Contacts only - accepts calls from contacts only, others are rejected
c. Reject all calls, or
d. White List - accepts calls only from the white listed nos
e. Black List - accepts all call except from the black listed nos
f. Black List Pattern - any no STARTING from the black list pattern list is rejected.
for example if you enter "123", so all nos STARTING from "123" will be rejected
this is a very nice option with which you can block nos from any particular network, country, city , area or whatever you can think of.

Finally there is also an option to reply with an SMS.

IMP:
1. To Delete Black list/White list Nos TAP & HOLD the stylus for a few seconds to get the options.
2. Auto start - Create a shortcut to Callfirewall.exe with 'startup' as parameter (without the '') and copy to windows/startup/
3. Please uninstall previous versions before installing ver 1.3
4. Also Delete Callfirewall.xml from the Root folder. Previous versions Callfirewall.xml will not work with version 1.3.
5. The XML file for 1.3 and 1.4 are compatible.

ISSUES :
1. One Ring Delay in Rejecting Calls.
2. Ongoing call -> Blocked Caller Calls -> Existing Call is Hung Up.
3. Problems with some Radio ROMS where the caller identification is delayed by Windows by a couple of seconds

My call to my sister's pc go to message bank whilst I know she is there waiting for my call

That will happen if your sister doesn't accept your call by pushing the button to accept you call, after a while it will automatically go to message bank, tell your sister to accept the call from you... if she is accepting it and its still not working then maybe its a yahoo connection problem
