Lexar jumpdrive how do I reformat my lexar 128md jumpdrive? I am on a Mac OSX. There is nothing on the jumpdrive and yet it tells me I only have 33mb availalble space. thanks

Upload the files to the jumpdrive. Remove jumpdrive from computer 1 and insert in computer 2. When computer 2 recognizes the jumpdrive, copy the files to a directory folder where you want to save the music. Unplug the jumpdrive.
You must be formatted to fat32, reformat the disk to ntfs (this should fix your problem). You are not allowed to back up 4GB or more of data to a FAT32 File System.

Can you try to plug in to another PC and to another Mac find out if this will work and if not the jumpdrive is defective. I hope this info may help you solve the problem.

the directory is corrupted. when your computer accesses the drive, it knows some things, like how big it was. but it does not know where the data is. it does not see anything that tells it what is on the drive, thus the empty window. not a serviceable unit if the mfg will not give you a fix it program. sorry for the news. mark
