Hi Thank you for your query

This is normal for schools and other establishments, they put in filters to block sites such as facebook, hotmail etc etc as the school may decide that it will take up resource

Bear in mind also that if you download any attachments etc or view something on facebook, it may have a virus which could cause massive disruption on the network

So what you are seeing is exactly as it should be

How do I unblock Facebook on my school laptop?

If the school computer lets you download things off of the chrome web store you can get Ultra Surf. It should unblock any site on the internet that is on Chrome.

Cant get on facebook at school

Social Networks are banned from public school computers. However, there are sites that can bypass these blocks. One site is "Unblock Jesus." Type "unblockjesus.com" in the url bar and search "facebook" on the search bar on the site page. It will bypass the block.

At my school all websites are blocked! and that is not fair!!!!!!

Some schools, and library's do that to reduce traffic on their systems..
They often block Myspace and Facebook.

URL has been blocked

If you do mean that it's been blocked, responsibly you should check why. The only way to get around a blocked URL is with a proxy website. There are tons of them out there, just search Google for Facebook Proxy and you'll type "www.facebook.com" into the search box that comes up.
However, if it's at work, I would NOT do this. Workplaces have IT's that monitor networks and you could get into trouble. If it is at a school/library/etc. then just be careful and be smart.
