Try the vista driver. Apparently, it works for some people, and vista drivers are similar to win 7.

Need driver for sony vaio VGN-TZ27GN built in web...

There probably is not a driver specifically for Windows 7.
Usually you will have to use the one for Windows Vista.
Windows 7 is only a glorified version of Vista anyway.

Go here:Drivers
Select the Downloads tab, then select the operating system.
If you have 32 bit Win 7 then select the 32 bit Vista.

If you have home premium then select the same for Vista.

In the next drop down menu select Original Driver.

There is one for Vista called camera module driver

FROM WHERE CAN I GET WIN.7 DRIVERS FOR SONY VAIO VGN-N250E

As if now windows 7 drivers are not available but you dont have to worry because Basic system functionality should be automatically enabled with the drivers included within the Windows 7 operating system.
However, if one of the drivers that came with the operating system does not work with your system, you can try installing the Windows Vista version of the driver provided by Sony for your model. Many of the Windows Vista drivers are compatible with Windows 7 based on current testing. Make sure you choose the bit version (32-bit or 64-bit) that matches your version of Windows 7.

I installed windows 7 ultimate 64bit on my sony vaio vgn-fz430e,its a vista preloaded with no support from sony for windows7. i managed to fix all the issues exept the camera.it doesnt even recognize it in...

I have this same computer. Didn't it come with 32-bit Vista, cause mine did. The hardware of the camera may not be compatible with 64-bit. Also, did you do a clean install? Cause that's what I did by mistake when installing Windows 7 and none of my hardware worked. I ended up switching back to Vista because Sony did not provide any drivers for Windows 7 for this computer.
