Risograph rz 200ep shows error code d-139

Here's all I could find about error P01-537

"This is a very tricky problem. On the main motor there is a steel cap covering a strobe disk and a sensor. The sensor is dirty or faulty. To get to it you have to take out the main motor."

My printer's reference is Riso EZ 201E, It's showing an error os A-06-403 and a tray feed paper is lighting number 1.

our school owns a Riso EZ 200ep machines and their problem with it ; does not want to pull a master roll and give the code error A-06 and -403. Could you please help me on this.

remove master from the drum and reset the master in the master making unit

If its CR or TR, E-01 is main motor lock. turn off machine and hold reset button in while you turn the machine on again. Make sure your master removal unit and master feed unit are closed corectly.
