Is the Sharp Convection Grill Microwave either model R-820JS or R-820BC? If so . . .

The cooking directions begin on Page 24 of the Operation Manual.

If you do not have the manual, you can find it as a PDF document (Adobe Reader software needed - free) to download for free here:

The cooking instructions start on Image 27 of the PDF document and run through Image 30 (Page 26.)

I would choose the convection cooking temperature for either Frozen Convenience Foods or Pies, Frozen Prepared.

You can usually find the model number for the device printed on a sticker inside the microwave door frame. You should be able to see it if you open the door and look around the edges.

If not, then the model number will also certainly be printed on a sticker on the very back panel of the microwave, as long as that area is safely accessible for you.

Hello Two options to try: a) Press the Clock / Timer button 3 times b) Unplug, wait a few seconds, then re-plug to power up with the factory settings. You will need to reset your clock and any favourite settings.
This should work with all Panasonic Microwave models.

Hello. the installation of wall mounting bracket is not too difficult. you will need a drill, some bits, and a scrrewdriver. you will also need an electrical outlet at that spot to plug in the microwave.

Jennair makes a bracket kit for each microwave. Call any jennair dealer, have your model # handy and they will get you the bracket you need, also ask specifically for the instructions.
