Flashing alarm light after battery change. Car wont start,

Changed battery, everything works electrical but car will not start. Does this have something to do with the alarm system. Is there a bypass to start the car?

Changed my battery in my 2006 dodge Durango, now the factory alarm lights keep flashing. Don't have key fob , just a regular key. Trying to stop the lights from flashing.

Not sure if this will work, but try this:
Open your car from the driverside door, if the alarm starts flashing, go to the passengerside door and use the key to unlock it. That should reset your factory alarm. GL

#Central locking wont work. If I press brake paddle, electrical don't work. #Neutral gear light is flashing #Jerks when I put car in reverse.

Have you checked all wires? 1. The ground 2. The power wire to starter. 3. Wire feed to both fuse boxes. 4. Main power fuse might be lose sometimes auto shops will pull the main fuse to the car and not push it in all the way. Try the things I told you and let me know if there is any kind of difference. This is a good one

Turn your key all the way back towards you in the battery only postion. Then press and hold the red alarm flashing button til you hear the beeping noise it makes. This will disable your alarm and your car will start.

First: alarm went off on its own.(mazda 6 2003). Now when locking and unlocking car sometimes indicators flash and sometimes not. Now red immobaliser light is flashing on dash when driving, then stops...

there is often a small back up battery in the immobiliser unit itself, if you can locate this unit and replace the battery with the ignition on / engine running, then it should not need recoding and work fine after that. The other thing that could be wrong is the key battery (if the fob has one) or the transponder chip in the key head. If the key signal is low the immobiliser lamp will light during driving, but this does not explain the alarm going off. That is more likely either a poor vehicle battery, alarm / immobiliser back up battery, or another electrical fault such as water leakage into a tail-light or even the alarm unit itself when it rains. A lot of alarms are voltage sensing and when the vehicle is parked they will alarm if the battery voltage changes for any reason, though not during driving so the battery in the immob is my first choice to look at.

Wont start after changing the alternator, battery, and MAF sensor

Sometimes the alarm thinks the pos. battery cable has been cut so it kills the ighition. You will have to look in the manual to see how to reset the alarm. You may need a code. If its not the alarm, you may have blown a fuse or worse, fried the computer when you put the alt. in. start at the begining. Check the battery cable connections, battery voltage, alt. wires and connections. if the headlighys work but the car won't start, it's prob. not a "connection" problem.

ELECTRICAL MISTERY

Here's a first step: Put key in ignition, turn on but do not start car. When dash lights up, the alarm light will flash if it has been triggered. If this alarm light is flashing, you have set off the alarm. Here's how to reset it: Leave key on, and let the thing flash for five minutes or so. Finally it will stop flashing on its own. Now start the car. If it runs ok. Kill it and turn key back on to check if light has stopped its flashing. This may be way off, but that is the reset procedure for alarms on those blazers. Man I've seen a bunch of them in my shop this year!!!
