Connect to ipad

You don't assign an IP address to your iPad, it has one assigned to it by your router.

Open the Settings app on your iPad. Make sure Airplane Mode is OFF. Tap Wi-Fi. Make sure the Wi-Fi switch is ON, Ask to Join Networks is ON. Your in-home wi-fi network should be visible in the list titled Choose a Network.... Tap its name and provide the network password required by your router.

If you don't see your local router listed, it may not be properly configured.

Just purchased an I-Pad Touch and can't get connected to WI-FI because I have no password for the network 2WIRE625. Please help

I-Pad's work on any wifi signal and pick up both public and private networks. The network you are trying to access is locked by the user or network admin. You can connect it to your own home wireless network or go to a local mcdonald's or something and pick up a public network.

How do I find my network key?

if you have the network key then ( you either know the key or you don't )
1. type it in a word pad , Word or note pad to see if you have it correct usually the
caps lock is on and everything is in caps.
2. the only other things is to set the router back to default settings and write and save a ne
new network key profile.
I hope this helps. Have a great day!

The new pinpad 1000se doesn't work while the older version did. What is the difference? Same model #?

The pin pad needs to be encrypted by your merchant account provider. I am assuming you purchased from Online.

Call your provider and you need to send it for an encryption cannot be done over a dial or ethernet download. Once you receive the Pin Pad back make sure the power is completely off before plugging in peripherals especially Pin Pads for it will blow out that encryption.

Call me if you need clarification.

Where can i get device driver's for NURIT 293

Hello,

That pinpad does not have drivers associated with the unit. The unit will only work with a credit card terminal IE: Nurit 28xx, 30xx, 80xx and also software developed specifically for the pin pad to work. You can only use that pin pad with a 9Pin serial cable to pc.

PINpad 1000se not working

When you power on the terminal, is the pin pad also powered on? If it is not powering on the pin pad, you might have an issue with the pin pad. If it is powering on and it's still not detecting it, it might but that you are using the incorrect cords or the programming is blown on the pin pad. You will have to contact your processor to see if they would be able to reprogram your pin pad if that is the case.

Internet

Your PSP will detect any wireless wireless network within its range as long as the wireless adapter is switched on. The switch for this is on the left end of the PSP, near the analogue thumbstick. If the switch is in the down position, the wireless network adapter is off; push the switch into the up position and it'll turn it on. If you're not going to be using wireless networking it's a good idea to keep it turned off as it'll make your batteries last longer.

When you turn on your PSP's wireless adapter it'll look for any wireless networks nearby. If there's another PSP within range it'll automatically set up what's called an 'ad-hoc' network between the two. This will enable you to play multiplayer games between the two PSPs with one hosting the game and the other joining it. When you want to join an existing wireless network, such as when you want to browse the internet, you'll be using an 'infrastructure' wireless networking mode.

Pick New Connection and press X. You can give the new Connection a name by pressing X and using the text-entry screen. Give it a descriptive name like 'Home Network' or 'University Network' so you know when and where you can use it. When you've entered the name for your new Connection you'll be asked whether you want to scan for WLAN settings or to enter them manually; select the Scan option and press right on the directional-pad. Your PSP will then scan the area for any available networks and collect the settings needed

A list of available networks (called Access Points) will be displayed, giving its name (called an SSID), whether it's encrypted or not and the signal strength. If there is more than one network, use the D-pad to scroll down to the one you want to join and press X. You'll be asked to confirm the settings so press right on the D-pad to scroll through each. When you get to the security settings, choose the appropriate setting from the list, which is WEP in most cases, and press right on the D-pad again. If you need to enter the WEP key, speak to whoever runs the wireless network and they'll provide it for you. Press X and enter the WEP using the text-entry screen.

Once you've done that you can check the settings you've entered on the final screen and save them. Now you'll be able to connect to the wireless network. If you return to the main home screen you can now update your PSP's software by going to Settings and selecting Network Update. Alternatively you can go to the Network section on the far right of the home screen to browse the internet using the PSP's in-built internet browser. Or you can fire up that multi-player game you've been itching to try out and get going!
