youre using Samsung Media Studio 5 right?
what i do is
1 unplug T10
2 right click video file
3 left click Convert file
4 select save folder you will remember
5 select service model T10
6 click convert
7 drag and drop the .svi into video folder on T10 in explorer

The video must be a MPG (MPEG), AIV, WMV, ASF, SVI, MP3, RM (RMVB), MOV or SMF type of video. If it is not, try and find or download a video converter. Also remember on Samsung Media Studio click menu, enviorment settings, general configuration, my PC and make sure that you have checked in all the checkboxes of video file types

try windows media player 10 or 11 version.may i know what type of video extension.

After reinstalling the Samsung Media Studio without success I discovered a fine program called
jSVIcoder. You can copy it from here:

It converts videos directly to Samsungs svi format. Only thing you have to remember is to change the right Samsung version from the Options menu (in my case it is Samsung YP-T10). After conversion you can copy your svi videos directly to Samsungs video folder.

you have to have a wmv. file to watch on your yp-t10 mp3 for some reson and samsung is really strict on watching on their mp3 and you have to have somhow a special kind of video search how to do it

did u convert it on too the Samsung Media Studio or Emodio

Hey man! I cannot directly answer your question yet because I haven't done much with video for the T10 yet. Like you, I tried a couple with WMP and one worked while the other didn't. I did find what looks like a very good conversion program that might fix your problems. It's at:
