Motorola headphone S9

I've just got a Motorola headphone S9 and only one side is working, the phone came from England and I live in Vancouver, Canada. Where should I go to fix the problem?

Thanks

The phone that I'm trying to use the headphone Motorola S9 is the Motorola Z8, that came with a movie, The Bourne Identity.

You didn't say what make and model the phone is, but if it's not a phone that is A2DP Bluetooth "stereo" compatible, then the S9 won't be in stereo.

Thanks for the Model. I did some reading on the Z8 and it is indeed Stereo Bluetooth ready. So the S9 should work. If not take it back and get a replacement.

My headset will not get out of pairing mode. The blue light stays on. The only other color I see is red when I shut it off.

Make your phone (I'm assuming) forget the S-9 and search for Bluetooth devices again. It will find it again, but it won't be paired. Press whatever button on your phone that makes it connect and it should work. I've been searching for answers and racking my brain. Finally, I just tried this and it worked! What a relief...

Is motorokq motorola S9 headphone compatible in MOTOROLA DEFY?... hope to hear a reply tnx! -lui

Yes, it is fully compatible, I.e. both phone calls and stereo music streaming work. By the way, AVRCP (removte control, as play/pause/next/prev) also works.
Hope it is the type of information you are looking for.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can help you any further.

My s9 headphone not on of work tell me wath i do

make sure you charge the S9 using a motorola mini usb AC charger or a mini USB cord plugged into a live port.
press and hold the circle vertical bar until the light is steady blue and pair it with your bluetooth device. you only have two buttons at the rear of the device under the motorola logo.

I am to pair the Motorola S9 Headphones with my LG Dare and it keeps saying no devices found I tried it with another phone the LG Versa and it worked instantly?

your phone needs
Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP)
and
Audio Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP)

bluethooth profiles and the reason why it does not work it because it does not have either A2DP or AVRCP or both

Only left head phone works on Motoroloa S9 Bluetooth on LG Xenon

It's supposed to be that way. The S9 has been designed to comply with US law that you can only receive telephone calls through one ear while driving - it's a "safety" feature to allow you to hear the road and your surroundings when driving

IS MOTO RAZR S9HEADPHONE WORKS WITH MOTO RAZR V3I

If your phone supports the A2DP bluetooth protocol, music you play on the phone will be heard in both ears of the S9 headset.

Voice calls are always in one ear only.
