Please turn off your device, clean the screen and power on the device before using it again. Otherwise, you might verify that you're using the device in an environment of moderate temperature. If still not working, then you might need to run a factory reset on the device.
Don't panic there is a much easier solution. Most likely you just changed the user account password which means the administrator password is still set at default (blank) Push F8 several times before the WindowsXP animation pops up on load. Choose safe mode. In save mode choose user Administrator and you should be able to log in with a blank password. After that go to control panel/user accounts and remove the password on your user account. After that - reboot. If you also set and forgot the Administrator password there are utilities that will clear that for you. What comes to mind first is the Active Password Changer. Look for it on the web.
There is a hidden Administrator account that is created when your operating system is installed. Access that account and then reset your password.
1. Boot your computer and press F8 repeatedly 2. Access Safe Mode 3. Key in "Administrator" in Username, with no password. 4. Go to Control Panel, then User Accounts 5. Select the account you want to reset the password 6. Change the password
power on printer. tap top left screen twice. Enter admin password (9999 is default) go through options. Also if you tap the top right of the screen twice it will tell you the remaining pics u have.
Hope this helps
I'm not sure of how helpful this info will be but you should have rec'd the plug in CD with your Snaplab; if not, you can go out on the internet and get it for free. Once you've done this, you should copy the Sony templates into to your SnapLab and from there you should be able to copy additional created templates to the SnapLab that you created in Adobe. You also need to save the Sony templates in your Photoshop plug in file and then transfer/export them from that file to the Sony SnapLab...at least that's what my instructions say. My problem is, I've completed all the template transfers but I don't know how to create a template in Photoshop. Can you help me? :o(
