I have the EAM3200 coffee maker and the coffee comes out of the spout very slowly. We have the grinding dial set for course grinding and we have the flavor dial set to weak. The coffee is very strong still. Any solution? Thanks

I find the machine needs a good cleaning at least once a month, make sure you remove the filter unit and clean it well, use a damp cloth or paper towel. Mine went like this when I broke a silicone O-ring, it gets lodged in a waterway and partially blocks it. I describe how to replace them in another solution here, take a look.

The 2 dials inside top of machine where the coffee beans are what should they be on for a good strong cup of coffee

You didn’t mention what type of coffee machine. But I’m guessing that one dial his time of groaned and one dial is coarseness of grind. On the time it should be set for the amount of coffee you were making and there should be a chart with the machine tell you how much time per Ounces of coffee. If you were making 8 ounces of coffee which would be one cup the time would be very short obviously but if you’re making an entire pot of coffee which would be maybe up to 60 to 64 ounces it would be a longer time. However with the Grind coarseness knob that would be up to you on if you like strong or weak coffee. The more course to grind the week or the coffee however the more course to grind the less chance you have a burning the coffee when it brews. If you’re going for espresso the grind should be as fine as sand. If you’re going for a mild cup of coffee you might use a fairly course grind. But being as I do not know what machine you have this is all just guess work. Good luck and I hope you make great coffee

No water is pumping thru the water spout or the coffee spout, the machine is reading fine grounds and press okay for water. i've adjusted grinder dial and pressed water button but nothing happened

I got this machine and there was grinding noise but no water coming from the spout or coffee from the dispenser.

Took the back cover off. The big lump in the middle is the water pump. One of the wire connections was hanging off mine. Pushed the connector back on and everything worked fine.

Great coffee, rubbish construction!

We have a Talea Touch Coffee Maker and when you try to brew the espresso only a little coffee comes out the coffee spout and the water that should come out with the coffee is comming out the steam spout....

First remove brew unit and clean the shower screen that is under the red gasket, then adjust the grind about 2 numbers coarser, then try making a coffee, if you have the same problem then the steam valve needs to be replaced.
