Then wait until it finish the operation
After it finish your mobile will become fresh and all problems will be solved

Hello.
It could be a software problem (but you can't connect by USB cable) or a hardware problem. Unfortunately without proper tools you can't fix either. You just have to take it to a Samsung service.

hi, as far as my experience unlock codes are the best method to unlock your phone, i used codes from http://www.mobile-unlocker.com/samsung-tocco/rs2wp9/ you can unlock my phone and it worked well,you need to specify the country and network provider

Sorry, but it looks like the connection to the od the electronics generating the content on the display are fried. 

mines is the same and i can still anwser to any number and only make calls to the last person i spoke to and also i can take pictures all the buttons work and its fine apart from the screen also my reseption is really bad on this fone iam trying to sell mine for spares and repairs and iam thinking about buying onw without the touch screen next time its rediculas

Try resetting your device. it might help

The software of the phone must have gone corrupt. Take it to the authorized person and may also have to change your scren curcuit or the whole software.

this is a factory fault that cannot be rectified, from time to time the phone will freeze and after a while will function normally as if nothing ever happened. leave the phone alone dont fiddle with it until it resumes normal function

i had the same problem but my problem was the touch wasnt working!!! inside the screen case there is a tiny black square it has summat 2 do with tht coz my touch stpd working and it was all coz of tht!!! i had 2 buy a new cover 4 my fone it also powers tha buttons so i wud get a new case ( ps.... not a protective case!! lol an actual body of it lol) hope i helped
