Installing new pc studio

Check it if its compatible, Try to choose at the web if wat is fit to your samsung studio pc laptop, or there was a driver needed upon installing samsung studio, or may an additional installer for your pc laptop so that it will work properly.
Find & select only the installer with valid digital signature.

Same problem with me. Hate it. Only sulotion that works for me is to reinstall the pc studio. Its **** to do this the whole time you wanna connect to the internet. I have a samsung s8300 running in windows 7 64bit. No problems in XP. Also try to update you pc studio. Hope it works, also that they will bring a new version out that works all the time

Note: Toinstall a program to your Samsung s8000 jet, you should have both .Jar and .Jadfile. Tomake .JAD file from .JAR, you need a JAD Maker.exe file (Google it from net)then run it. Tomake the .Jad file, drag the .Jar to the JADMAker Screen. You have .Jar in thesame folder as .Jar file. TIP: to installsoftware on SAMSUNG JET S8000 follow these steps: 1) Google for TkFileExplorer v2.2 and install iton your computer. 2) Close Samsung new PC Studio (yes close it! ydon't it for this) 3) Connect jet to PC and choose PC STUDIO usb mode 4) Run TkFileExplorer 5) Choose right com port from "Setting" and then clickconnect from "File" (NOTE: you must NOT be connected in pcstudio. Now click on FILE and CONNECT) 6) On the bottom half ofTKFileExplorer, browse through these folders "User/Mass/Java/Games" 7) Create a new folder for your new software, Name it afterwhat you are going to install (for example, Google Maps, Gmail, Opera Minietc). 8) On the top half of TKFileExplorer,browse through to where you saved the application files (.jar/.jad) and selectthem both. Now right click and choose "Download". 9) Close TKFileExplorerand open keypad on your jet 10) Openup your dial pad and enter the following, *#5239870*#. Choose INTERNALS andenter the following, *#7092463*# 11) Nowscroll down and choose Storage Settings. 12) Thenupdate Java DB, followed by update apps database. Now you are finished. Go to Menu> Applications > Apps & Games.The new program must be listed there. Have Fun!!!

1. While in standby mode, press the OK button to connect to the internet

To disconnect from the internet:

1. While in standby mode, press the Red end call button
2. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm Exiting the Web Browser

System Requirements:

The system requirements for Samsung PC Studio are as follows.

• Windows 2000 or XP family
• At least 300MB of free disk space
• Interface devices such as USB, IrDA, and Bluetooth for the connection with the Phone

After installation, launch PC Studio 3.0. Be sure to have an active internet connection at the initial launch, as Live Update will automatically search for the most current version of the application and promptly install before use.

You can also update your Samsung PC Studio to the latest version manually.

Live Update can be performed as follows.

Run Samsung PC Studio. In the Launcher window, select the Tools > Live Update menu. (Make sure the PC is connected to the internet.)

1. When the Welcome window appears, click the Start button.
2. The available program update list appears. Click the Next button.
3. Save all unsaved tasks and close all PC Studio applications. Click the OK button to proceed to the update process.
4. When the update is done, click the Finish button to close Live Update. (In case the Live Update program itself has been updated, click the Start button to repeat steps 3 to 5 for updating other components.)

There is currently only one solution you can try to fix this problem and if the problem persists you will have to directly contact samsung support about this.

Open my computer>Open C drive>
browse to the install directory of PC studio that is:
C:\Program Files\Samsung\Samsung New PC Studio on my PC) and double click on the NPSMainChecker.exe
then click the update boxes and NPS will slowly download and update itself, removing previous NPS installation issues and errors.

uninstall again your pc studio, restart you laptop and reinstall your pc suite, but before you do install it, try to do this trick, right click the pc studio, select properties, then select run in compatability mode of xp and vista, then select run as administrator, select apply and ok. it will install, there are times that windows 7 will inform you that the program not installed, you will be having two options, select, '' install the program with recommended settings''.

once installed, connect your phone to your laptop, select settings on you pc suite, select connections, select usb, this will command the pc suite to search for phones attached to usb ports. once searched, it will install your phone automatically and will look for appropriate device drivers for your phone through your pc suite, once connected you are set.

if this doesn't fix your problem, try updating you device through device manager, direct your device installation by browsing the folder to your samsung pc suite and unchecking the automatically install the best driver and checking the box for include the drivers on this folder.

Maybe your system is infected by viruses , so try to scan it . if the system is clean , then uninstall the Pc Studio and restart your system , then install it again . that should solve the problem .

Try using blue tooth or even wi fi Also right click on the bottom tool bar go to task manager and have a look at what programs are running while you are trying to install it. try creating a new user account that is an administrator and install it from that account Best Regards Alex
