I have hp pavilion ze2000 pc Notebook with CNS5301073 serial number and EF140EA$ABN product number,I want to change the language to English,But I couldn't done it ,would u help me?please

I think you operating system is using a language u cannot understand, So reinstall with windowsXP or Vista English version.
