Motorola Razor I recently tried to send a text messege to multiple recipients and the text with a picture did not make it, then it has not allowed me to send, open, view or erase any of my text messeges. Can you help? How does this works?

Try master resetting the mobile and if that does not help then take the phone and have the firmware reflash , go to a mobile service center and have them fix it for you.

My phone will only send multi media messages?

I did more searching and found the answer! Clean out your inbox and outbox, and your phone should go back to sending normal messages. You might need to restart it afterward.

Delete message recipients

Go into a new text message and hit the "send to" option. Scroll down to the first name above the line and hit the "options" button. Scroll down and select "Recent messages" and choose whoever from that list that you'd like to be your top 3. I actually just sent all three of mine a blank text, but when I went back to the "send to" list voila! MORE INFO: I tried all kinds of things to remove names from my top three recipients list. What ended up working was to send a text to multiple recipients at once. Two was enough. But it was important who I selected first. I sent a message to my wife and my friend. My wife's name got added back to my top three! Then I reversed and sent a message to my friend and to my wife. His name got added back!

Motorola razr unable to send multi media texts?

Most likely, your provider did not activate the text messaging for sending. The phone company has to activate the features to allow usage.

Texts to multiple recipients automatically become MMS format!!!

I just had the same problem and spoke to an AT&T rep, it seems when the in/outbox is too full it defaults to sending multimedia messages, so go ahead and delete all your stored messages and see how that works, it worked for me.

Clearing recent recipient text list

"Guest"
That just deletes the messages. Thanks for trying though! I want to get rid of the "recent recipient" list because there are people on there that I don't send to anymore and there is no reason for them to be on there as options. call me obsessive, I just like being tidy.
