No offence to you..but if you are a gamer this is easy...guitar hero is easy to play with..if you are playing guitar hero on tour you should have,...what do you call this..i think its a guitar grip..if im not mistaken...an additional accessorie for nds,,..specially for G.H games..just enjoy the game

Yes the guitar is probrobuly the problem. It wont connect with older game guitar hero games.

I only have the guitar version but... on the PS3 menu (not inside the game) go to settings --> change controller number (or words to that effect) and change the controller number of the guitar.

This cant be done for the wii sadly because the guitars can not be switched, so you would have to use 2rock band guitars for rock band and 2Gh controllers for Gh.

Get a cd cleaning cd and run in on the PS2 will work fine then
the ps2 just cant find the menu in diffrent spot
just use the cd cleaning disc and all shall b fine

Guitar Hero Guitar not working with Rock Band Equipment PS3
I think that rock bad comes with a special guitar that is for rockband so you cant use the guitar hero guitar on rockband SAD but true. check out ebay for another rockband guitar I had to do the same.. unless we are in the same boat and I was wrong!
