I had to disassemble my YP-S5 to reconnect the power cable (the one that connects the mp3 to the built-in speakers, where the battery is) because it fell off and to do that I also had to disconnect the touch sensors from it. I connected the battery back, but now the touch sensors are not working. I tried connecting the wire in different ways, but it's not working...

I have the yp z5 model and it wont charge and the comp. wont recognize the device either. im guessing i should replace the battery because all of the components inside are still intact.

Try to take apart the player and disconnect the battery for a few minutes, then reconnect, reassemble and try charging it over the USB cable. It appears that some people have had some success after full disconnection of the battery from player. Alternatively, try eBay for a new battery - there are plenty there.

I am unable to connect my samsung s5 player to pc

Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the device drivers. If at all possible, also try a different connection cable.

The playe conects to my PC and has battery but will not turn on.

You need proper drivers installed in your PC to enable it to recognize the device. If have the driver CD that came with it, then install it else download it from this site

My samsung yp-u3 mp3 won't charge after 2 days of not using it. what's wrong with it? what do i do?

Either the battery is bad, or the ribbon cable connecting battery to main circuit board has a bad connection. You will have to take apart the player to view the cable and battery

My Samsung YP-K5J Will not turn on or charge?

What has just happened to my K5 is that the ribbon connecting the two 'halves' of the mp3 player has snapped. Unfortunately the battery is on the speaker half thus it is disconnected resulting in it not being able to turn on or charge since there's no battery.

I've used mine for well over a year now, of pretty much everyday use though. If yours is relatively new then it might be another issue.

My samsung yp-s5 has frozen when i was sliding out the speaker

You may want to reformat the memory.
If it persists try hitting reset(slide the speakers and you will see on the back a hole with reset written on it and push a pin in it)
