I cant send and receive mmms and open gprs. - Samsung SGH-X160 Cellular Phone

You need MMS settings along with active GPRS connection. Call your service provider's helpline and ask them to send MMS and GPRS settings to your phone. Once you receive the settings, install them and reset the phone. Hope this helps you!

If you want to open your gprs setting there are 2 option to open it 1st open your phone click your sim card then click the active gprs then after that they have send you configuration access then all you have to do is to save it 2nd you call your network operator then ask for manual configuration then all you have to do it write in extra paper then after you write ..set your gprs manually hope it will helps you alot

try to deactivated your gprs and try again...

hi,
if you are using prepaid account you must have more than 50 pesos load to activate your GPRS setting...then do this procedure....,
GO (space)N6610i then send to 2951 (all letters must be capitalized),you will received a confirmation from 2951 that your gprs is already activated..
To test if your gprs is working ,send a pic to your own number ..if you received the image ,your gprs is activated...to prevent deactivation of gprs setting ,your load balance must be always more than 50 pesos all the time.

kindly call to your connection customer care !!! ask them how to activate ur GPRS they will insist you to send a message to a particular number !!! send it !!! after sending it u will receive a GPRS settings with in 24 hrs !!!! then u can save it just by pressing k button & start accessing ur GPRS

If u are smart user just send Gprs on to 3401 and send Mms on to 3401. Den ur gprs will be open.
