You have WRT54G router. check the version number of the router. If it is 5,6 or 8 then upgrade the firmware of the router. You will find the version number on the Flip side of the router. when you turn it upside down, you will see the model number and just after the model number , you will see the version number. Once you upgrade the firmware of the router, reset the router and reconfigure the router .

Our power went off a couple of times tonight and now our frigidaire refrigerator is not running. I checked to make sure the plug was in good and I checked the breaker. What else can I do?

A power outage is often accompanied by a voltage surge or spike. The modern fridge contains electronics and these do not like voltage surges so damaged electronics is a possibility though first it is necessary to discover whether power is actually reaching the inside workings of the fridge which means checking the power cord, connections, fuses, etc. with a multimeter.

My fridge is an older type without the fashionable electronics and when that refused to restart recently I gave the thermostat a sharp tap with a screwdriver handle. It started and mostly works normally but I bought a new thermostat as once it has caused trouble it almost certainly will eventually fail.

Is it possible to reset display on F/P frig display panel E522b powr outage yesterday cooler----- warmer display blank

Your refrigerator could have been a victim of a power surge or spike.
Modern appliances have circuit boards which are highly susceptible to surges & spikes and you really should have these type appliances plugged into a surge/spike protector.
If all else fails, have a qualified repairman come take a look at it, or contact the manufacturer.

Power supply malfunctioning

Most surge protection power boards will protect computer equipment from mains spikes and surges.
A better and more expensive solution is to use an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). These units provide surge and spike protection and also provide power in the event of mains power failure.
Make sure you select an UPS model that meet the power requirements of all your computer equipment that is connected to the UPS with a mains down time of say 1/2 hour to give you time to shut down your computer in an orderly manner.

My computer keeps shutting down randomly. Also when i try to use F10 it will not respond if i try and run error checking the system will crash/shut down or give me a black screen. Basicly it randomly...

Possibilities:
1. overheating, and automatic shutdown.
Check that the fans are working.

2. bad RAM, causing "random" crashing.
On a "good" computer, download the free 'MEMTEST86+' software, and run it, to test your RAM.

3. Leaking capacitors on motherboard, causing "voltage-spikes", leading to "random" errors.

4. Bad disk-drive. Remove the disk-drive.
Connect it as a "slave" drive in another computer,
and run 'CHKDSK' ("Check Disk") to look for problems.

HP6150 - won't turn on after the last thunderstorm. It's not a circuit breaker or GFCI problem. Power cord has a green light, which is on.

Lightening does hit power lines, and cause voltage spikes; these voltage spikes do burn out electronic equipment. Surge protectors are used to prevent these voltage spikes from burning out electronics
