This will probably be down to some software issue, try getting into the service menu and reset to factory, google for service menu

Good evening, We have a "not so smart Samsung TV anymore", or there must be another reason why the TV guide is not available anymore. Thanks Dirk

Look at your TV manual and look for a procedure to do a hard reset or factory reset, this might get you tv guide back.

Remember that the TV guide are sent by the broadcaster.

Tv guide doesn't work anymore

I have a Sony model KDL-32BXR6 that the TV Guide first showed no listings this past weekend. Last night when I entered the Guide the screen displaying the Setup/Display Setup Progress came up stating "In Progress". Same thing this morning. Something must have changes with the input signal if this occurred with two different sets.

Sound works, but video dose not. Moving dots on tv screen.

If your Xbox 360 does not have display you need to stop the heat getting to the chips. You can actually do this yourself as many have in this forum using the recommended Xbox 360 Repair guide.

Basically the guide will show you how to stop the heat build up with videos and household items, of course if you are in doubt send it in.

It has a preview video on the website.

Or of course you can send it in to have it fixed.

Dose not show on screen anymore. son said he was asked to change something. he did. cant play anymore.Must be some setting that was changed. Cant get it to show on T.V. TV says unsupported format. HELP

Not sure what you are talking about, this is a bit vague..... try this, on the back of the xbox there is a switch on the plug that goes to the TV, if the TV is not HI-DEF and you are using just the red + white + yellow plugs, then switch to TV, if your using the red + white + blue + green + red then switch to HDTV.
Your Son could have also switched a setting on the dashboard to use HI-DEF, if he did, maybe switching back the TV mode on the TV out plug may correct the issue.
Kids love to play with things! lol...

TV Guide System not working

In order to receive the TV's Guide system, the cable should be connected directly to the TV instead of the cable box if you are still using it.
How do you have the cable box connected to the TV?

Guide Plus Gold service on a 2000 Zenith TV

I have an RCA televison with Guide Plus Gold and it works great. I am not sure about the Zenith and how it works on it. When I turn on the TV with the remote the guide comes up on screen. I just have to press the guide button on the remote to remove that screen and watch the show. If I don't press anything it will go off after 2 minutes. If you have never set up the guide it will probably show up all the time. You will have to go through and program it so it will know if you have cable, over the air or satelite. I don't have satelite service so I don't know if it will reconize it. I know it works with over the air and cable.

Good luck
