If you want to make a game video, you don't have to make it so complicated. I can offer you a free online tool, which could help you to record whatever on your screen. Your game video would be more demonstrative if you add your voice narration or marks on the video with it. Just check the guide of making a game video, and you will know how to do it.

Gary Unfortunately you will not be able to do that. your video card can output to the camera but i dont think the camera has and can record video input to it over standard svideo, composite or Dv cables..I would suggest using an appropiate video screen capture program while you are playing your games and record it that way.

You can try to update your video drivers. http://www.amd.com/us/pages/amdhomepage.aspx
On the top right of the linked page there is a driver finder. I would have given you a direct download link but you failed to provide your operation system. Hope this helps.

Crashes after playing a game for about 10 minutes

Hi samohtpfeffe, i've been having the exact same problem. reason why your video card crashes because its over heating, fan not spinning ? Did you try to remove old video driver and install latest driver ?

What Game are you playing ,at the moment? Because this video card is about over 4 years old, really can't handle newest games properly.

Good Luck!

Slow graphics when i play online or not online games please help me! thanks

You should check you network connection. if it is wireless, try to sit closer to the access point, or try it with a cable. If that fixes your problem, your internet connection couldn't handle the amount of data.

Good luck! :)

ATI Radeon X1650 Pro overheats and videocard shuts down

check if the games take too much memory so that the card not able to work, if you used to play it before without problem, check the card fan if its working, and at the same time check your computer cooling if its cool enough.

Monitor stays black. Says no video.

I'd try running windows in safe mode by holding down f8 at startup. If that ends up working it's probably a setting that is wrong. If all still remains black i'd look at testing another video card and monitor. Either one could be it.

My monitor freezes

since you have laready checked the videocard to be working on your friends pc, the problem may be on your motherboard.

try to do some tweaking on the BIOS and if that will not help, check your directX and softwares installed on your pc. check also if your pc is in its most optimal settings.

The game stopped

Hello matbedui,
If you think the Radeon card is overheating you can check this by simply touching the card after it's been running for sometime. Some Radeon cards (high end) do have this problem. PC cases that do not have sufficient fresh air flow cause problems not just to video cards but to everything inside the case. The design of the HIS Radeon X1650 is less than sufficient. Keeping air flow contained. One way in & one way out. This issue is so important many companies creat sites to help you cool your card.

Your Radeon X1650 Pro IceQ II runs ATI's chips. Installing the latest software is recomended. Download from here:
http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
Pick your OS. Than pick Radeon. Scroll down to your X1600 series. You can also update through HIS. Their software is twice the size of the ATI software.

X1650 agp does strange things in games

you have a interesting nice problem here..first of all check in the bios settings for the AGP aperture..make it maximum possible,in your case 4x.
-after that check the conection of your video card on the mainboard, clean the agp slot a little ..
-a good solution is to reinstal the windows..sometimes,like in your case, some parts of old nvidia drivers are still resident ..
-try reinstaling the catalist drivers but older versions,to see if the problem persists..
well I suggest you to do all theese steps..
I would do them if I were you..actually,I had few times your problem..
bye
