I think some virus has been attacked your cell and corrupted some operating firmware files....
try giving restore factory settings...
if problem persists you must take your cell to the technician and get flashed your cell ...
i hope you know what is flashing ..?
but also here is short information on that ...
flashing means installing the new operating firmware to your cell ...
this can be done by using the special DKU series cable...
there will be two types of flashing it depends on which DKU series cable the technician will use...
first one will fully removes your present firmware & installs new firmware .. this destroys all your datas inside the cell
second one there will be option to only reset the codes with out damaging the datas stored in it ...
anyway it doesnt charge much ...

before taking your cell to technician just try by entering this EEPROM master reset code ...

*2767*2878# Custom reset

*2767*3855# eeprom reset...

if the problem persists then visit the technician ...

your solutionis is to format your mobile (dont worry your files will be saved): tunr off your mobile, hold on ( 0 ) and press the start bouton(red bouton) it will takes 3 to 5 min . now ur mobile is like new with english language!!!!!!! enjoy
